This home was built entirely from the ground up by Brouse Contracting, showcasing the full scope of our craftsmanship. Starting with ICF foundation work, we framed and constructed the entire structure, installed all mechanical and finishing systems, and carried the build through to the final details.

Inside, the home features bright, modern living spaces, custom staircases, wide-plank flooring, a statement fireplace, and a fully finished kitchen and bathrooms designed with clean lines and thoughtful layouts.
